WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

Integrative nutrition health coaching guides you in achieving your ideal vision of wellbeing by addressing holistic body health - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This style of coaching accomplishes this by first outlining what it is that you most want in regards to your well-being, and then by developing a strategic, step by step plan to make progress towards your goal(s).

Behavior change is a very difficult thing to tackle, especially by yourself, but good news - you don't and won't go at it alone! We all have great intentions and we even understand why something is important, but we still will not follow through to live our most authentic and joyful lives. Here is where coaching comes in! Coaching utilizes many different tools and exercises, such as powerful discovery questions and the 12 pillars of life visual practices, to help you develop a greater understanding of your innate behaviors and to help move you forward to living a simply well and joyful life.

Holistic health coaching recognizes that we are more than our physical health and there is a connection with all other aspects of our lives. Other areas of health and wellbeing that will be focused on include: relationships, social life, creativity, career, education, spending habits, spirituality, home cooking, home environment, and last but certainly not least... joy!

 

When you work with Rose you will be led through a personalized program that specializes in primary food - the things that nourish us off our plates, and secondary food - integrative nutrition in a very personalized way, so that new behavioral changes will last a lifetime.
