I'm so glad you are here! Whether it is your first time on the mat or you have been practicing for a while - I am here to share little nuggets of wisdom that I have gained in my Yoga training and guide you through your Yoga journey and see what unfolds and comes together for YOU!

Yoga: Welcome


I found yoga, or really yoga found me after dancing for 20 years. I got my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. I am fascinated with human anatomy and all it can do and how it continues to evolve just amazes me. From a lifetime of dancing to strength training and running, I still felt like something was missing. I knew that I needed more out of my workout routine. I wanted something more; a deeper drive, a connection to choosing a healthy lifestyle.


I have been teaching yoga since 2015 and have over 2,500 hours of teaching experience. I teach many styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Yoga Basics, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. 

When teaching a class I focus on breath and alignment first.  Then I lead you through a creative asana (pose) practice. Traditional yoga poses are offered but tailored to you and what your body is needing that specific day.
